After 40 years on Moody Street, we are excited to share a significant development with you. In our continuous efforts to enhance your shopping experience and better serve our community, we have made the decision to consolidate our Waltham location with our well-established West Roxbury store.

Effective July 1st, 2024, we will be closing our Waltham location and relocating all employees to our thriving West Roxbury establishment. This strategic move is fueled by our commitment to adapt to changing times, improve customer service, and focus on expanding our online presence.

Over the past four years, the conditions on Moody Street have presented challenges that are no longer sustainable for our business. With four employees managing both locations, we found ourselves spread thin, hindering our ability to provide the level of customer service we aspire to deliver. This consolidation allows us to concentrate our efforts on a single, family-oriented location, offering you an unparalleled shopping experience.

Mobile Repair Pickup: We will be offering all customers mobile repair pickup for a reasonable fee. This fee will be put towards the cost of the repair or towards a new machine.
